Ruben M. Damião 4b7327361c main: asks for acervo too, in whose name it keeps a person's files 
apelido's powers of attorney have a scope now, and iu asks only for the
app's own protocol and the cofre; the files go to acervo in the person's
name, so the app says it publishes there (config.LoadConfigCom).
