A node without a network, as juntos/client: it applies the blocks to a motiro.State of its own and keeps an index of what the state does not — drafts with their versions, edits, release, stamps and reactions; boards with their editors, pins and what their keywords gather; events with the check-ins; and the check-ins waiting for a manager.
